SuperNova.io allows you to manage your design system outside of figma, however it does not allow you to create global styles from it. SuperNova allows for plugins so you could potentially create a plugin to leverage your service to have code created.

Allow designers to export and publish all of their component to a UI kit that can be just imported into an application. Could work with storybook integration.
